How we start work?
Our consultants will meet with you for an exploratory meeting, without any obligation on either side, to gain a preliminary understanding of the strategic and operational issues you are facing.
After the meeting, if you wish to work with us, we will develop a detailed written proposal. Once this is approved by your management committee or board of trustees we start the work.
