Dominic′s key area of expertise is in property management budgetary planning and Housing Benefit Regulations and Case Law. His aim when working with supported accommodation providers is to ensure that accommodation and property services become self funding and sustainable. He has successfully undertaken many rent restructuring projects and fulfilled client expectations while securing the support and co-operation of key stakeholders such as Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords.

Dominic has worked for over 10 years as a consultant, initially in the private sector, before moving into the public and voluntary sector. He has worked with several blue chip organisations on strategic and property finance and management projects.
4 years ago he moved to the public and voluntary sector and has been instrumental in assisting many organisations reach strategic and tactical goals. His knowledge and experience goes beyond property management and he is actively involved in organisational and personal development, stakeholder management and training.
Prior to his days as a consultant, Dominic was a business lending manager with Barclays. This has given him an excellent grasp of accounting, business finance and banking operations.
